Produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings for interior fit-out projects based on client specifications, design requirements, and construction guidelines.
o Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings for approval and execution.
o Ensure that all drawings are compliant with building regulations, safety standards, and client requirements.
Work closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to understand the scope of the project and any design modifications.
o Convert design concepts and ideas into functional and realistic construction drawings.
o Assist in coordinating design changes or revisions and updating technical documents as needed
Conduct on-site measurements and surveys to capture accurate dimensions of spaces and existing conditions.
o Ensure that site conditions are accurately reflected in the drawings and design adjustments are made as necessary.
Ensure that drawings comply with relevant industry standards, local building codes, and regulations.
o Check for potential design conflicts and resolve issues before they are sent for approval or construction.
Work with contractors to ensure that the construction aligns with the approved drawings and design specifications.
Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
o Collaborate with project teams to manage timelines, resources, and any design related issues during the construction process.
o Assist in preparing project reports, including drawing updates and revisions for client meetings.
Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) to create and modify technical drawings.
o Stay updated on new software tools, technology
