REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or certification in Drafting, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of drafting experience in the stone/marble/granite industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and basic 3D); knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
• Good understanding of stone fabrication, edge profiles, dry cladding systems, and installation methods.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and deliver drawings under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with cutting sheet layouts and CNC-compatible output files is a plus.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience in interior fit-out or façade stone cladding projects.
• Knowledge of shopfloor coordination and site measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with engineers and site supervisors.

• Prepare accurate shop drawings, fabrication details, and setting-out plans for marble, granite, and other stone works.
• Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Coordinate with the design, project, and site teams to ensure precise execution.
• Prepare material take-offs and cutting lists for stone fabrication.
• Modify drawings based on redlines, site conditions, or client revisions.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and industry standards.
