Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Draftsman, based in Jebel Ali, Dubai. The Architectural Draftsman will be responsible for preparing precise architectural and technical drawings, supporting design development, and coordinating closely with engineers and project teams. The role requires strong experience in interior fit-out and joinery works, as well as proficiency in CAD software to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of project documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an Architectural Draftsman, specifically in interior fit-out and joinery projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting/design tools.
  • Strong understanding of architectural detailing, interior layouts, and joinery fabrication.
  • Familiarity with UAE building codes and municipality submission standards.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in technical documentation.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or a related field.
  • Immediate joiner is highly preferred.

    Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Prepare architectural drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
  • Revise and update drawings based on markups, design changes, or feedback from clients, consultants, and engineers.
  • Coordinate with the design, MEP, and structural teams to ensure technical accuracy and alignment of drawings.
  • Ensure that all drawings adhere to local building codes, regulations, and company standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of material take-offs and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from finalized drawings.
  • Provide updated drawings and technical support to site teams as required.
  • Maintain organized records of drawing versions and revisions for project documentation.
