OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural drawings and shop drawings in compliance with project requirements, specifications, and local regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman in building contracting companies in Dubai preferably on highrise building projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural drafting software.
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: AED1.00 per month

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and plans using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and detailed working drawings as per project specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans, specifications, and other project-related documents.
• Coordinate with site teams to provide technical support and ensure alignment with design requirements.
• Modify and update drawings based on design changes and site requirements.
• Ensure all drawings meet the required quality standards and submission deadlines.
• Maintain an organized filing system for drawings and project documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of architectural submittals and documentation for client approvals.
• Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain necessary information for accurate drafting.
• Conduct site visits to verify dimensions and provide as-built drawings when required.
