About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Architectural Engineer to join our team, with a primary focus on project handover and client delivery processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all project deliverables meet the required standards and are completed on time. Key Responsibilities Manage and follow up on project handover and delivery processes. Coordinate with site, technical office, and clients to ensure smooth project close-out. Prepare and review handover documents (drawings, BOQs, snag lists, etc.). Ensure all project requirements and specifications are met before delivery. Conduct site visits for inspections and final handover. Handle client comments and ensure all remarks are closed efficiently. Maintain proper documentation and records for all delivered projects. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering. 2–4 years of experience. Experience in project handover or technical office is a plus. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and coordination skills. High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
