We are seeking a skilled and motivated Architectural Engineer to join our Dubai team and play a key role in delivering modern, sustainable, and iconic projects in the region.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Dubai/UAE construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of local authority approvals (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, etc.).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related design software.
• Excellent understanding of construction practices, materials, and safety codes.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with sustainable/green building design.
• UAE driving license.
• Previous experience working with a contracting company in the region.

• Develop, review, and implement architectural designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design and construction alignment.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design, safety standards, and Dubai Municipality regulations.
• Prepare 2D/3D drawings, layouts, and models using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools.
• Provide technical input on material selection, structural feasibility, and design solutions.
• Ensure all designs meet UAE building codes and local authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, etc.).
• Collaborate with the project management team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
