We are looking for a highly organized and skilled Architectural Engineer who can lead the rebranding of our clubs across Europe. You will be a vital part of the international construction team at Basic-Fit, collaborating closely with various stakeholders including operations, legal, facilities, and management teams to ensure successful renovations, expansions, and rebranding efforts. With more than 1,500 active clubs and over 200 clubs updated last year, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and transformation of our organization.

Your Responsibilities

• International Standardization: Work on the standardization of rebranding processes across all countries.
• Optimization: Ensure a smooth transition to rebranded clubs by optimizing current processes and solutions.
• BIM Implementation: Ensure BIM is integrated into the rebranding process, collaborating with our BIM engineers.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Propose and discuss required works with internal stakeholders to rebrand clubs effectively.
• Budget Management: Ensure that rebranding works are in line with budget forecasts.
• Club Layout Review: Provide feedback on layouts to enhance the club experience.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks and attend to club deliveries to ensure rebranding is executed to the highest standards.
• Technical Advice: Offer technical advice on maintenance works to the facility department.

You are a detail-oriented, highly organized, and independent construction professional with a strong passion for problem-solving. Whether it’s optimizing processes, collaborating with a diverse team, or ensuring smooth construction projects, you have the expertise and drive to improve every step of the rebranding process.

Additionally, we’re looking for someone who:

• Is a strong communicator with the ability to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Has hands-on experience in construction, especially in retail and rebranding projects.
• Is proactive, constantly seeking innovative solutions and improvements.
• Is comfortable working with international teams and stakeholders.
