ARCHITECTURAL ESTIMATOR

Alumax Panel is a leading supplier and installer of architectural cladding material with a focus on Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) and Siding. We are looking for a driven, organized, and detail-oriented person to estimate and take off projects involving metal cladding systems for small and large scale construction projects. You will be working with the project management team, senior management, architects, builders, developers, and building owners to provide estimate breakdowns and pricing.

• Review architectural drawings and project specifications to determine project scope
• Determine the amount of sheets and materials to be used in the project as well as the waste percentage
• Prepare estimates of cladding requirements for new construction and retrofit projects
• Draft 2D and 3D basic building systems and mark-up drawings.
• Communicate with clients regarding RFI’s and any addendums
• Communications with clients for approvals including follow ups after sending quotes
