Job Description
- Inspection of works carried out by the contractor in respect of the works relative to the Architectural scope of works and systems.
- Monitoring installation of all finishing activities of the project to ensure compliance with approved and proper standards.
- Supervise and verify the quality control of site Architectural works to ensure conformity with all contract documents for the project.
- Review Contractor’s QA test Reports of various Finishing systems.
- Carry out daily surveillance Inspections to the site works to ensure the contractor’s compliance with the drawings, specifications, and Material approvals.
- Carry out technical assignments for materials and equipment being procured for the project through Material delivery report.
- Witness regularly various QA/QC off-site tests carried out on Architectural works, by the independent lab for all finishing products when required.
- Carry out all the snagging inspections and share the snag list with the Senior team.
