Description

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Architectural Inspector to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly detail-oriented professional with at least 10 years of experience in architectural inspection and a strong track record working on luxury hotel or large-scale hospitality developments. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of local building codes, international standards, and construction regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural inspection, with significant involvement in hospitality or hotel projects.
  • Thorough knowledge of UAE building codes, international codes, and local authority requirements (e.g., Dubai Municipality, DDA, ADM).
  • Strong technical understanding of architectural details, materials, and site execution practices.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Previous UAE or GCC experience is highly desirable

Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily site inspections to ensure all architectural works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor construction quality and finishes, ensuring materials and workmanship meet the highest standards.
  • Identify non-conformances and issue reports (NCRs) with follow-up on corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with contractors and project managers to resolve site-related issues effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical support during construction and participate in site meetings, progress reviews, and handover procedures.
  • Prepare accurate inspection documentation, progress updates, and quality control reports.
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines, health and safety regulations, and local authority requirements.
