POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Inspector with a strong consultant background to join our team for high-rise building projects. The successful candidate will ensure that all finishing works are executed to the highest standards, in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and industry best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finishing Inspector in a consultancy environment.
• Proven track record on high-rise building projects.
• Strong understanding of construction finishing standards, materials, and methods.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.

• Inspect and monitor finishing works on site, including but not limited to: painting, tiling, ceilings, joinery, and fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Review and comment on method statements, materials, and shop drawings related to finishing works.
• Report non-conformances and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors, project managers, and design teams to resolve site issues.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain site records.
