Description

Education Requirements and Acceptable Alternatives • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture – Mandatory • Master’s degree in Architecture or Urban Design – Preferred • Strong experience in design review and site supervision within PMC/Consultant roles • Extensive relevant experience may substitute postgraduate studies Required Courses / Certifications • PMP – Preferred • Professional License / Registration – Advantage • QA/QC Certification – Preferred • BIM / Revit – Preferred Requirements Other Important Requirements / Remarks • Experience in infrastructure-related architectural scope (stations, buildings, public realm, utilities buildings, etc.) • Strong experience in design review, coordination, and contractor oversight • Preferably worked with reputable PMC/Consultants (e.g., AECOM, Parsons, Dar) • Experience in large-scale / mega projects is required • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills Required Experience – Architectural Lead (Infrastructure – PMC Level) 10–12+ years of experience Typical Career Progression: • 0–5 years: Architect • 5–10 years: Senior Architect • 10–12+ years: Architectural Lead Below Requirement: • Less than 8–10 years: Not suitable for this position
