Job Description
AECOM’s Construction Supervision practice is currently seeking an experienced Architecture Manager, to join one of our projects, based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and construction management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.

Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead and manage construction supervision projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Design Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and compliance with project specifications.
  • Construction Supervision: Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and construction standards.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of architects, engineers, and construction professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all work meets the required standards and specifications.
  • Documentation: Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
    Qualifications
    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Master’s degree preferred.
    Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in architecture and construction management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
