Job Description We are seeking an experienced Architectural Manager to oversee construction supervision projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and construction management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and construction management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead and manage construction supervision projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Design Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and compliance with project specifications. Construction Supervision: Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and construction standards. Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that arise. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of architects, engineers, and construction professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all work meets the required standards and specifications. Documentation: Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process. Additional Information Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Master's degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in architecture and construction management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in project management software. Certifications: Professional certification in architecture or construction management is highly desirable. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
