Description

Brunel Commercial Interiors is currently looking for a Drafting/Engineering Technician. Our facility is located near Glenmore and Blackfoot in SE Calgary. Brunel was established in 1964 and is still a family owned and operated business.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Architectural Millwork Drafter to join our drafting and engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AutoCAD and a solid understanding of architectural millwork standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD (required); knowledge of 3D software like SketchUp or Revit is a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in millwork drafting or a related field
  • Understanding of AWI standards and woodworking construction techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
