About this Role: We are seeking a motivated Architectural Professional to join our Fort Worth Studio. This position will collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project leaders on projects of varying scale and complexity, contributing to all phases of design and documentation. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with a passion for design excellence and teamwork. What You'll Do: Support design and documentation for a wide range of projects, from concept through construction. Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and specifications in coordination with project teams. Collaborate with consultants—including MEP, structural, civil, and landscape—to ensure technical accuracy and design intent. Participate in design meetings and contribute to creative problem-solving and technical solutions. Assist with code research, redlines, and coordination of construction documents. Work with project leaders to monitor project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables. Contribute to the firm’s standards of quality, innovation, and collaboration. What You Bring: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design visualization tools such as SketchUp or Rhino. Solid understanding of building systems, materials, and detailing. Knowledge of relevant building codes and construction practices. Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills. A desire to pursue architectural licensure and professional growth. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); MS Project experience a plus.
