Licensed architect or non-registered graduate with 8-10 years of experience. To be in charge of managing different aspects of the projects, which include facilitating design tasks and providing technical advice for architecture concepts. Strong attention to detail and organized. Leadership skills in managing architecture projects from conception to completion. Individual needs to be a team setting with other managers to share project data, exchange ideas, and move forward to complete all project tasks within a given timeframe. Work independently with minimal supervision. Reviewing and approving architecture drawings and complying with government regulations before construction. Ready to check documents and modify schematics. Individuals is to handle day-to-day issues including client contact, scheduling and budgeting. Must be able to write documents, manage presentations, and communicate with other architecture professionals, consultants, construction managers to oversee the architectural details and check logistics efforts. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking abilities to prioritize tasks. A bachelor’s degree in architecture is required for this position.

Pay: $77,220.40 - $92,996.61 per year
