ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT MANAGER

CPZ Architects is a client-centered, award-winning firm looking for a Project Manager to join our diverse and collaborative team. CANDIDATE MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
· 5+ years project management experience

· 8+ years of experience in Architecture, with medium to large scale projects

  • Strong knowledge of Florida Building Codes
  • Strong work ethic and professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail and technical competence
  • Understanding of all facets of a building systems from Structural, MEP and Civil
  • Manage multiple projects

· REVIT and AutoCAD proficiency
· Able to work with a team in a collaborative environment
· Be a south Florida Resident

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Experience in building renovation projects and new construction
· Governmental project experience is preferred
· Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, internal staff, and project team
· Able to work independently and with team members
· Experienced in following Software:
o AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, MS Office, and MS Project
· Broward County resident preferred

Responsibilities

· Manage and coordinate projects to ensure completion within the design and quality standards of CPZ Architects
· Plans and develops projects of medium to large scope and works under minimal supervision
· Responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, both administrative and technical
· Serve as primary liaison with clients and project team to complete projects on schedule, within budget and with maximum client satisfaction
· Further develop long lasting client relationships
· Prepares and negotiates proposal and contracts with clients.
· Assists with the development of proposals in pursuit of new projects
