We are currently seeking an Architectural Project Manager to be based in Katy, TX. • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction, Project Management, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience managing large-scale architectural projects such as multi-family, commercial, and institutional buildings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and project management tools.
• Ability to lead teams and projects, manage scope, budget, and schedules effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure timely project delivery.
• Ensure project compliance with building codes, and client objectives and expectations.
• Communicate with stakeholders clearly through meetings, reporting, and field documentation.
• Track project performance, billing, collections, and adjust staffing to ensure profitability.
  Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
