JOB OVERVIEW

Are you an experienced architectural Project Manager with a passion for food & beverage, hospitality, or other technical project types? Join Studio KDA’s Food & Beverage studio and help us bring restaurant, bars, and cafes concepts to life.
We’re looking for an project manager with 5+ years of experience in architecture or interior design (bonus if you also have food service or restaurant project experience)—someone who is looking for a supportive, collaborative environment and can lead projects from initial concept through construction. And if you’ve got design vision, all the better!

You’re right for this role if you:

  • With input from Studio leaders, can translate a client’s brand into exceptional design.
  • Excel at managing consultants, technical drawing sets and at shepherding projects through permitting and construction.
  • Work collaboratively with studio principals, clients, production staff and contractors.
  • Are well-versed in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Love an exciting, rewarding, collaborative environment

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in architectural project management or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with construction management practices and principles.
  • Experience with CAD drafting techniques and architectural design software.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also managing individual responsibilities.
