SUMMARY

We are seeking an Architectural Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Robinson Hill Architecture, Inc., located in the heart of the architectural landscape. In this pivotal role, you will lead projects from conception through completion, ensuring alignment with our clients’ vision while upholding our commitment to excellence in design and execution.

• Lead project planning and scheduling efforts to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Oversee the design process using AutoCAD and other software tools.
• Manage project budgets and financial forecasts effectively.
• Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare and present project proposals to clients.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the architecture or construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit and other design software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction management principles.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management for projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
