QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication Skills:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively withproperty owners, contractors, and Board members.
• Organizational Skills:
o Strong organizational skills to manage documentation, coordinate meetings, andmaintain meticulous records.
• Technical Proficiency:
o Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with digital projectmanagement tools.
• Problem-Solving Skills:
o Ability to address and resolve conflicts or issues during construction andinspection processes.
• Attention to Detail:
o Keen attention to detail to ensure compliance with guidelines and accuratedocumentation.

Salary:
This is a non-exempt role, offering an average of 30 to 35 hours per week. The hourly rate ismarket value and will be based on your experience and qualifications. The Club has acomprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, vacation, personal timeoff and an excellent 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities
  • Communication and Coordination:
    o Receive and manage all inquiries and submissions related to construction,landscaping, and project plans.
    o Answer questions and provide guidance on Design Guidelines and Covenantrequirements to a variety of stakeholders.

    o Notify neighboring property owners of new construction plans, facilitatingcommunity engagement.

  • Application and Project Management:

    o Conduct pre-reviews of applications, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
    o Prepare agendas and electronic files for ARB meetings and attend meetings as anon-voting member.
    o Transcribe meeting minutes and distribute finalized documents to relevantparties.

    o Compose and send review outcome letters to property owners and contractors.

  • Approval Process and Inspections:

    o Approve certain applications within Board-set limits.
    o Coordinate inspections and manage any changes to approved plans.

    o Address on-site complaints during construction and ensure compliance withcompletion timelines.

  • Documentation and Updates:

    o Maintain updated Design Guidelines and inform stakeholders of changes.
    o Prepare checklists for construction and landscaping projects.

    o Compile records for closed files and manage tree removal requests.

  • Project Completion and Compliance:

    o Oversee final inspections and escrow compliance deposit processes.
    o Direct the release of deposit funds upon project completion.
