ARCHITECTURAL SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE | FORT LAUDERDALE, FL | JOB SUMMARY
AT3 is excited to partner with an Industry Leading Stone Slab and Tile Distributor in search for an Architectural Sales Account Executive to join their team. This is a skilled sales role responsible for managing high-level client relationships and driving product specifications with architects, designers, and other trade professionals. The role focuses on promoting a broad range of materials and coordinating offsite and onsite presentations. The Account Executive is accountable for achieving sales targets set by the Regional Sales Manager.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in a wholesale or design-related environment.
· Prior experience working with architects, designers, and high-end clients.
· High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, interior design, architecture, or a related field preferred.
· Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
· Skilled in negotiation, prospecting, and customer service.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
· Willingness to attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and skills.

· Serve architects, designers, and high-profile clients in person and by phone to promote products and ensure specification in upcoming projects. Track interactions using CRM tools and provide guidance on material selection.
· Schedule and conduct presentations and visits for trade professionals at client locations or company facilities to strengthen account relationships.
· Support all showroom visitors, with particular focus on designers and their referred clients.
· Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and objectives set by the Regional Sales Manager.
· Process orders in accordance with established procedures. Review order details at least two days before delivery, inspect products, and resolve any issues to avoid delays.
· Respond to client communications by the end of the business day; provide requested documentation and visuals promptly.
· Handle customer concerns independently, escalating complex issues to management as necessary.
· Follow all pricing policies and established sales procedures.
· Execute promotional campaigns and participate in marketing initiatives.
· Maintain current knowledge of product lines and available marketing materials.
· Complete special projects and tasks assigned by the Regional Sales Manager.
· Prepare and deliver monthly sales forecasts.
· Represent the company at industry networking events and company-hosted functions.
· Share expertise and assist other sales team members as needed.
· Perform additional duties as assigned.
