DESCRIPTION:
Dealing with the architect, the Architectural Sales Consultant is responsible for ensuring that Fairview products are specified on all relevant new construction projects. This may include identifying and qualifying projects, educating the Architect on Fairview product offerings, setting up F2F appointments for the Specification Manager and recording all relevant information in the CRM. This is an internal sales role which requires close collaboration with the external Specification Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Opportunity Pipeline Management
- Contact project stakeholders to gather project details and qualify leads, delivering a set number of high-quality, qualified leads.
- Confirm product specifications, timing, scope, and colour requirements and record relevant information in Salesforce.
- Architectural Contact Management
- Collaborate with Fairview’s Specification Manager to book in person meetings with architects, ensuring up-to-date project status and product design decisions.
- Encourage architects to specify Fairview products, working behind the scenes to support the specification process.
- Promote Fairview’s CPD program booking events and supporting as needed.
- Internal Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Project Sales team and Specification Manager to support project communication and product recommendations.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including answering calls and supporting the team as needed.
- Information Gathering and Reporting
- Gather valuable market and project insights, including competitor analysis, and report these findings through relevant systems for analysis and follow-up action.
- Product Knowledge and Virtual Education
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Fairview’s product range.
- Use this technical knowledge to provide product recommendations and assist with specification queries as part of the sales process
