Job Description
Miller Cladding Solutions is seeking an experienced Architectural Sheet Metal and Cladding Supervisor to oversee high-end commercial and residential installations. The ideal candidate is skilled in a variety of panel systems, possesses strong leadership abilities, and excels when working under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate crew members for the installation of architectural sheet metal and cladding projects.
• Oversee the installation of advanced panel systems, metal roofing, and custom wall cladding (including aluminum, zinc, steel, and copper).
• Lead project scheduling, material procurement, and on-site problem-solving using sound initiative.
• Ensure quality control, adherence to specifications, and compliance with building codes for all installs.
• Train junior workers and facilitate communication among field staff and management.
• Maintain safety standards and enforce site protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in architectural sheet metal and cladding, with proven results in commercial and residential applications.
• Extensive working knowledge of various panel systems and high-end metal applications for roofing and specialty installations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with ability to work independently and manage site challenges under pressure.
• Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving in dynamic project environments.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, lay out and fabricate custom parts, and ensure precision installs.
• Physical ability to work at heights and in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Additional training in construction safety, first aid, or technical certification is advantageous.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
