  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, negotiate project requirements, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate progress, address challenges, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
  • Utilise advanced modelling and visualisation tools like SketchUp and Lumion for creating realistic renderings and walkthroughs.
  • Oversee the selection of materials and details to ensure design integrity and functional excellence.
  • Prepare engaging presentations for clients to showcase design concepts, updates, and project milestones.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques to align with modern architectural practices.

Requirements

  • A degree in Architecture or a related field is essential.
  • Proficiency in architectural software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of joinery techniques.
  • Previous experience in an architectural role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
