They are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join their dynamic team in Dublin.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Technology or a related field, preferably in Ireland.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in an architectural technologist role in Irish industry.
· Proficiency in, Revit, and other relevant design software.
· Strong knowledge of building regulations and codes in Ireland.
· Excellent technical drawing and design skills.
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· A portfolio demonstrating your technical skills and previous projects.

Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with architects and designers to develop detailed architectural drawings and plans.
· Produce technical drawings, 3D models, and BIM models using Revit, and other relevant software.
· Ensure all designs comply with building regulations, codes, and standards.
· Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and provide technical support.
· Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
· Assist in the preparation of planning applications and other regulatory submissions.
· Perform quality assurance checks on all architectural documents and drawings.
· Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
