QUALIFICATIONS:

• 0–2 years of experience in architecture, drafting, or related field
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit a plus
• Ability to measure and document field conditions accurately
• Willingness to travel for fieldwork
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
• Good written and verbal communication skills

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re seeking an entry-level Architectural Technician to support our growing design team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who’s passionate about architecture, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience in the field. You’ll play a key role in documenting existing conditions and assisting in the production of design and construction documents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct field surveys of existing buildings and site conditions
• Create accurate existing condition drawings using AutoCAD or Revit
• Assist in the preparation of design drawings, from schematic design through construction documentation
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and design team members
• Maintain organized digital drawing files and field notes
• Travel to project sites as needed up to 50% of time (travel expenses covered)
