JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Architectural Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the design and development of architectural projects, working closely with architects and project managers to ensure that designs are accurately translated into technical drawings and specifications. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in relevant software, and a solid understanding of architectural principles.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in Revitt is essential.
  • Strong math skills for accurate calculations related to design specifications.
  • Ability to draft technical drawings with precision and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project management principles is preferred.
  • Competence in blueprint reading is required for interpreting architectural plans.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess project needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Word.
