CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong technical mindset.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• A degree in Architectural Technology or a related HNC/HND qualification.
• Proven experience working as an Architectural Technician within a UK-based practice.
• Proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Strong skills in AutoCAD.
• A thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.
• Excellent technical detailing skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to manage your own workload and meet project deadlines.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

• Experience of Sports Stadium design and relevant regulations.

THE ROLE

As an Architectural Technician, you will be a key member of our project delivery team, working closely with client teams, as well as our inhouse architects and project managers. You will be responsible for producing high-quality technical drawings, construction detailing, and specification packages for a range of exciting schemes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Producing detailed drawing packages for planning applications, building regulations, and construction stages.
• Developing comprehensive construction details using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Preparing technical specifications and schedules.
• Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conducting site surveys and assisting with site inspections.
• Ensuring all work complies with UK Building Regulations and Stadia relevant standards.
• Contributing to the technical development of projects from concept to completion.
