Kitchens by Holloways employs talented designers who use a combination of kitchen design, architectural design and interior design skills to create beautiful kitchen spaces for residential projects, mainly in West and South-West London. Our in-house construction team, project managers, and cabinet makers turn those conceptual designs into reality, in an agreed time frame and for an agreed budget.

REQUIREMENTS:-

  • A 2:1 (or higher) degree in Architectural Technology or similar
  • At least 2 years experience working on residential developments or renovations
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
  • A demonstrable interest in home interiors
  • Good organisation and communication skills, to enable you to work with multiple clients at the same time
  • Excellent attention to detail.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

You will play a pivotal role in bringing our residential designs to life, including the production of 2D plans, elevations, sections and details. You will collaborate closely with our in-house team of construction managers, project managers and designers to ensure that projects are executed to the highest standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  • Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages in AutoCAD
  • Assist in the project planning process, including organizing surveys, completing building control applications, appointing and instructing subcontractors, obtaining samples etc.
  • Conduct site visits and support project teams as required during construction phases to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Ensure designs meet current UK Building Regulations and technical standards
