OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in architectural design and technical drawing, with proficiency in various software applications. This role involves collaborating with architects and engineers to create detailed plans and specifications for construction projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bringing innovative designs to life while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities and skills

  • Develop detailed architectural drawings and schematics using software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, schedules, and reports related to construction projects.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
  • Assist in the preparation of planning applications and building regulations submissions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and technologies relevant to architectural design.
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team.
  • Good communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Visiting sites to carry out surveys.
  • Survey drawings, constructional drawings, presentation drawings and other related tasks.
  • Liaising with Clients on projects from inception to completion.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £22,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
