Knowledge of current building regulations an advantage
Experience in Auto CAD, with knowledge of Revit and BIM/3D Rendering.
Architectural Steps Including – Preparation of Feasibility, Pre-Planning, Planning and working Drawings for construction process, Commercial, Industrial and Retail Schemes
Working knowledge of computer skills e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Project etc.
Strong work ethic with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work to meet deadlines.
Passion for learning new technologies and processes, .
Ability to follow own initiative or work as part of a team while following company policies and procedures.
This Position is office based in Santry Dublin 9 Ireland -Monday to Friday.

Pay: €38,803.46-€45,000.00 per year
