We are seeking an Architectural Technician to join our team at Royal Homes. In this role, you will play a vital part in the design and development of our custom home projects, ensuring that each design meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This position is essential for maintaining our reputation as a leader in the residential construction industry.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) is essential.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.

• Support the project team in resolving design-related issues during construction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of design changes and project updates.
