Your responsibilities will include producing detailed technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, ensuring all work complies with relevant building regulations and standards. Additionally, you’ll lead the technical team, offering mentorship, driving design innovation, managing several live projects simultaneously, and taking accountability for project delivery.

The Role :

• Conducting project research, mapping, and detailed analysis
• Ensuring design compliance with building codes and regulations
• Leading and supporting the technical team

• Collaborating and coordinating with clients and contractors

The Person :

• Qualified Architectural Technician or similar background
• Proficient in AutoCAD and ArchiCAD
• Experience or ambition to lead a technical team
• Ability to commute to Chelmsford
