M1 Architecture are looking for a talented architectural designer to join their vibrant team. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience producing architectural drawings for UK residential projects. M1 Architecture specialises in delivering planning drawings for home extensions and loft conversions - experience in at least one of these areas is essential.

• Meet clients at their properties to carry out laser-measured surveys of their homes (driver’s license required).
• Work closely with customers to understand their requirements/needs/vision.
• Design fantastic architectural plans that meet/exceed customer needs
• Take part in team meetings to discuss design ideas when needed
• Produce building regulations drawings & specifications
• Produce supporting documentation for planning applications
• Take initiative and prioritise efficiently
