As part of our growing team, you will:

• Produce high-quality architectural drawings, permit packages, and construction documentation
• Apply your knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and zoning bylaws to real-world projects
• Communicate with city officials, prepare and submit building permit applications, and follow up until permit issuance
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to bring designs to life
• Assist in 3D modeling, renderings, and presentation materials
• Participate in site visits and provide on-site technical support
