Our client, a well-established architectural practice, is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team in Perth, Scotland. The successful Architectural Technologist will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects within the high-end residential, education, hotel and commercial sectors. Project values vary but are typically from £1m - £15m. Architectural Technologists of all backgrounds are encouraged to apply as our client are open minded when it comes to software and sector experience. The successful Architectural Technologist will primarily be working from RIBA Stage 4 onwards.
This is an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to join a growing team with a pipeline of exciting projects. Our client uses ArchiCAD software within the office, so experience of using this would be advantageous, however not essential as training can be provided. The successful Architectural Technologist should have excellent technical ability and should be able to provide a high-quality portfolio.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Strong technical ability
• Live within a commutable distance to Perth
• 2 years’ + experience as an Architectural Technologist
• Hard working & motivated
• Able to work well within a team
• Strong exposure to RIBA Stages 4 onwards
• Residential experience advantageous
• Experience working on timber frame structures advantageous
