DMNA is a dynamic architectural practice based on St. Patricks Hill in Cork City. As our workload grows, we seek skilled professionals to join our team. Our projects primarily focus on residential developments but also include commercial offices, schools, crèches, and retail spaces.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Architectural Technology.
• 3+ years of experience in an Irish architectural office.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.

• Assist architects in developing designs from inception through planning, including preparing planning applications.
• Produce high-quality construction documentation, ensuring compliance with building regulations and client requirements.
• Stay up to date with current Planning Regulations, TGD’s, and Building Control Regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure fully integrated designs.
• Troubleshoot design and technical issues efficiently.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure construction aligns with specifications.
