Due to continued growth in the region EOMAC are looking to add the right positive and enthusiastic candidate to their expanding team in the Dubai office.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture or civil.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency 3D modeling, Autodesk Software and Adobe Software.
  • Proficiency in Revit is a plus.
  • Confident working knowledge of the full Microsoft Office package.
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role within an interior fit-out or joinery company.
  • Conscientious work ethic with a keen eye for detail.
  • Must be meticulously organised and have the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
  • Good communicator.
  • Team player.
  • Skills to read and interpret architectural drawings/designs.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and meet customer needs.
  • Comfortable working alone and/or as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Completing takeoffs and estimates for pre and post-contracts.
  • Compiling and altering shop drawings.
  • Quantity Survey and preparation of as-built drawings.
  • Providing reports and documents to the wider team for project execution.
  • Inspecting and surveying projects with other professsionals and clients at an early stage to agree a project brief.
  • Work closely/coordinate with other professionals such as architects, quantity surveyors, project managers, manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Develop detailed designs and methodologies for the construction stage.
  • Co-ordination with internal project management team throughout the entire life cycle of projects.
