THE ROLE: ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST II

We’re looking for a detail-driven Architectural Technologist II to join our team. With 3+ years of experience in architectural or technical roles, you’re confident in drawing production, consultant coordination, and code compliance—and ready to mentor junior staff and contribute to ongoing improvements in documentation quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and refine construction drawings and specifications
• Ensure code compliance and alignment with local zoning regulations
• Coordinate technical input with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Provide technical mentorship to junior technologists
• Support quality control and contribute to documentation standards
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in Revit/AutoCAD-based documentation
• Participate in internal team reviews and proactively solve technical challenges
