Job Description
Reddy Architecture + Urbanism is a diverse firm of award-winning international architects and design professionals providing comprehensive services from our offices in Ireland and the UK. Our focus is to design great buildings and places that enhance the lives of those who use them.
We are looking for an Architectural Technologist to become a key member of our Dublin team working on a range of projects at various stages. Candidates should be highly motivated energetic people who have strong technical and communication skills.

All candidates should have:

  • On site RIAI/RIBA experience working on large-scale residential/commercial and mixed-use projects.
  • Good working knowledge of current Irish building and statutory regulations.
  • Design, co-ordination and project delivery experience.
  • A good work ethic and organisational and communication skills, strong technical knowledge and a passion for design implementation.

We welcome all candidates with the essential skills, including those who may be considering returning or relocating to Ireland.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of Architectural Technology experience
  • Professional qualification and Membership or Chartership (RIBA, RIAI, CIAT)
  • Conversant with the Irish Building Regulations and Planning Policies
  • Conversant with BC(A)R
  • Essential skills with Autodesk Revit
  • Knowledge of NBS Specification Software (Create or Chorus)
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign / Illustrator
  • Strong presentation and graphic skills
  • Experience in a variety of construction methods
  • Strong technical skills and construction detailing
  • Attention to detail, precision and accuracy
  • Good interpersonal skills and effective liaison with external specialists
  • Knowledge of the BIM process
  • Positive work ethic and self-motivated approach
