Title: Architectural Technologist

Location: Belfast (With Hybrid Working)

ROLE OVERVIEW

This role is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to assist with the design and effective technical delivery of a range of interesting projects with diverse demands, whilst seeking to holistically continue their professional development and knowledge within the industry. The successful candidate will be a skilled communicator and comfortable in dealing with a range of professional colleagues, clients and contractors. They will have a track record of preparing construction drawings and specifications as well as co-ordinating the work of other consultants and sub-consultants.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivery of architectural technician duties
• To carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures
• Attendance of project, client and design team meetings
• Undertake computer aided design and use design calculation software
• Engage and support with other work streams within business unit
• Intrinsically incorporate or advise of energy efficiency and carbon reduction opportunities for projects
