The Office of Multifamily Housing is looking for a dedicated Architecture & Construction Section Chief (Administrative Staff) who will: Supervise & manage architectural review & construction monitoring staff who evaluate all housing development projects approved by OHFA. Work with agency legal counsel to review housing development project documents. Maintain & update OHFA's Design & Architectural Standards. Make presentation to management, OHFA Board members & program users. Attend groundbreakings, grand openings & other events as agency spokesperson. The Office of Multi-Family Housing is seeking an Architecture & Construction Section Chief (Administrative Staff) with the following work experience & education: Licensed Architect AND three years' work experience in Architecture which included affordable housing; AND two years' work experience in supervision*. *Note: The State of Ohio counts lead work as equivalent experience to supervision.
