Job Details: Prepare designs, drawings, renderings, presentations, specifications, reports, and related materials for a variety of building types Perform architectural calculations for spatial design and programming Prepare, review, and approve drawings as required Understand and apply codes, materials, scale, architectural themes, metrics, and construction standards Produce 3D models from schematic design through construction documents using multiple drafting platforms Utilize physical and digital media, including hand sketches, 3D modeling, and spoken and written narratives, to explore design feasibility and articulate design vision Organize and coordinate with small teams which may include outside consultants to complete work tasks on schedule Assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design personnel 5% domestic travel required Qualifications Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or a related field of study and 4 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Master's degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or a related field of study and 2 years of experience. Position requires experience in the following: Revit Autocad Adobe Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint 3D modeling skills in SketchUp, Lumion or Rhinoceros Ability to become a licensed architect within 6 months of hire Aviation design Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
