JASARA PMC is seeking a dynamic Architecture Engineer to be an integral part of our team committed to delivering excellence in architectural design and project execution. As an Architecture Engineer, you will play a key role in developing innovative and sustainable design solutions for a variety of projects. This position involves collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure that our projects meet aesthetic, functional, and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include preparing detailed architectural plans, conducting site assessments, and overseeing compliance with building codes and safety regulations. You will be involved in the preparation of design documentation and will work alongside contractors to ensure that the construction phase aligns with our vision and specifications. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related discipline. At least 10 years of experience in architectural engineering or design. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and project management capabilities. Capacity to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with sustainable design practices is a plus.
