Job Description Job Description AECOM Enterprise Capabilities is seeking Architects II with experience and/or interest in data centers to work in our Bogotá, Colombia office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Key responsibilities Performing basic architectural/engineering calculations. Preparing specifications, reports, and related data tables. Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups. Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required. Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may independently perform advanced technical assignments of various complexities within approved schedules and budgets. Coordinate technical and administrative activities with other disciplines and departments, in collaboration with the project lead. Assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel. Qualifications Minimum requirements Professional degree in Architecture (required) with 2+ years of experience in architectural design, drafting, and construction documentation. Proficiency in English (B2-C1 level required). Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and BIM tools. Ability to perform technical quality reviews and ensure deliverables meet established standards. Additional Information Preferred requirements Proven involvement in building projects within infrastructure environments is preferred. Experience in Data Centers or industrial facilities is considered a plus. Experience in multi-disciplinary coordination and collaboration with other departments. Basic understanding of building codes, permitting processes, and industry standards. Knowledge of American standards is considered a plus. Interested architects must submit a resume and projects portfolio. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Sponsorship for Colombia work authorization is not available for this position, now or in the future.
