Location: Any UK Hub + Hybrid

Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

WHO YOU ARE

  • In-depth experience in co-developing strategic roadmaps and interfacing at their peer level in customers environment.
  • People and performance management and managing highly skilled multi-disciplined technical teams, having full responsibility for the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
  • Flexible with the ability to maintain effectiveness in a changing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Self-motivated, assertive, flexible, and innovative.
  • Extensive experience with a successful track record of delivering large complex customer facing deliveries within a fast-paced Technology industry.
  • Able to conduct detailed data analysis of practice KPIs to develop proposals for service optimisation & leveraging data to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic Architecture Practice Manager to oversee Delivery Management, Line Management, and leadership of subject matter experts in post-sales. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical knowledge of the Telecommunications & Technology industry and marketplace, enabling them to engage with peers within customer environments and co-lead strategic discussions on customer roadmaps.
As a Practice Manager you will foster and maintain a positive, high-performing culture within the team and the broader Professional Services community. You will lead a team of enterprise architects across our strategic customer base, delivering complex solutions. You will ensure the team take full ownership of their roles and responsibilities, ensuring accountability for performance and outcomes delivered to customers and senior stakeholders.
Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives within Professional Services, advocating for change to enhance value propositions, improve services, and maintain a competitive, revenue-driven position. You will lead strategic transformation efforts within Professional Services and align with broader strategic objectives across the Practice. Engaging with senior stakeholders across the business to drive Practice development, including organising and managing Practice communications (e.g., All Hands Calls), will also be a key part of the role.
