• Minimum 10 years of experience at an architectural firm, with a strong focus in residential construction
• Proficient in construction document review and redlining for residential and light commercial projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction, or related field preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Florida Building Code and related regulations (Accessibility Code, NEC, etc.)
• Perform thorough quality control reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency of construction documents
• Identify and resolve structural errors, ensuring builder-specific standards are applied
• Collaborate with project managers and draftsmen to maintain high document quality
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal team members to address inquiries and updates
  Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
