Your tasks:

• Preparation of building permit application drawings in accordance with applicable building regulations and planning requirements.
• Creation of construction and execution plans
• Compilation and processing of building permit application documents
• Creation and preparation of inventory plans
• Conducting on-site measurements
• Transfer and graphical preparation of the measurements into planning documents
• Independent handling of planning tasks within the scope of the respective projects

Your skills:

• Completed studies in the field of architecture
• Safe handling of technical drawings and planning documents
• Ideally, experience in the field of building permit application planning and approval planning.
• Excellent knowledge of common CAD software
• Knowledge of the relevant building regulations and planning law requirements in Germany is desirable.
• A good understanding of structural engineering and design principles.
• Careful, structured and independent work style
• Reliability and a sense of responsibility, as well as communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in creating design and execution plans
• Confident use of MS Office and digital planning documents
• Excellent German skills (at least C1 level) for legally compliant coordination with building owners, authorities and testing engineers.
